Sneha's vision is to provide an empowering and enjoyable environment where the community can thrive and prioritize self-care.

Dr. Sanjana, an MA and PhD holder in Psychology, brings over 20 years of experience in Clinical Psychology. She excels in trauma therapy, notably EMDR, and diverse behaviour therapies. As a seasoned trainer, she collaborates with organizations like Delhi Police, ITBP, and CRPF, often with the NGO Prachi Educational Society. At Soukhya, she aims to champion individuals' well-being and encourages them to seek support when necessary.
Pallavi Bhat, a Goa native, holds a master's degree in Occupational Therapy in Neurorehabilitation from Manipal College of Health Professions, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. For the past 4 years, she has been working with differently abled children and adults. Pallavi’s expertise lies in cognitive rehabilitation, functional training, and social skills development. As an Occupational Therapist at Soukhya, she is committed to bridging the gap between neurotypical and neuroatypical individuals, promoting inclusivity and well-being.
Jared has a master’s in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in Paediatrics from SRM College of Occupational Therapy in Chennai, one of India’s premier institutes in the field. With four years of experience working with children with special needs across a range of settings, he is dedicated to enhancing lives through rich experiences and opportunities for participation. Ritu Dabas, with more than two years of teaching across locations from Gurgaon to Goa, ardently promotes wellness and health through customized yoga sessions. She excels in hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, prioritizing meditation and pranayama. Her proficiency in functional training and personalized adjustments ensures yoga is inclusive for all. Prakriti is a professionally trained dancer from Terence Lewis Professional Training Institute, Mumbai and holds triple majors in Performing Arts, Psychology and English Literature from Christ University, Bengaluru. Additionally, she is a certified Zumba instructor with a B-1 certification. Prakriti specializes in styles like Jazz dance, Contemporary, Bollywood and Kathak. For the last six years, she has been teaching dance to various age groups in cities like Gurgaon, Mumbai and Vasco. Anindita, with over fourteen years of experience in providing Data Science solutions to major financial enterprises, shifted her focus to a profound love for nature and gardening. What began as an experiment in "green-gifting" turned into a passion, now central to her daily life. Armed with professional expertise in problem-solving and creative solutions, Anindita aims to merge her skills with the joy of gardening.
